[Dx4win] Messed up country window

I'm guessing one or more data files are corrupt.  You can try updating
the country file (DX4WIN.CTY), etc. again.  If you're using the DX4WIN
Data Updater, you'll have to delete the desired files from the UPDATE
directory first.
