[Dx4win] DX spots greyed out

But everything is greyed out ,

I don't need any countries on DXCC , but I do need  band/Mode  combinations

They will be greyed out on bands where you have already worked them.

I usually use this window to qsy my rig , it still does qsy the rig 



It wasn't like this before it looks like a setup function has changed.
