[Dx4win] Correcting LOG errors

When this has happened to me (and it did as recently as last night),
the FREQ was correct, the BAND and MODE were wrong.  I've never seen
it fail the other way around.

I have asked Paul to add an enhancement to DX4WIN that compares the
BAND and FREQ on import (if both are present) to see if they agree.
You would still have to decide which one to believe, but at least you
would know there was a mismatch.
