No. As I wrote to someone earlier today, what does 'V' mean anyway?
For which award? DXCC? IOTA? WAZ? It's an ambiguous status for a
QSO confirmation. To think it means DXCC is taking a somewhat narrow
view of the world. The ADIF spec has to be expanded to include award
status flags, like the flags at the bottom of the DX4WIN QSO window,
that are tracked separately from QSL status.

Paul has to change DX4WIN. What feature(s) of ADIF 2.x (or 3.x) is
DX4WIN lacking, other than the 'V' flag you ask about above?
