[Dx4win] LotW Backlog continues to grow ...

Not sure how "current" their delay announcements are, as a CQWW log
uploaded on 12/1 has yet to be processed.
But on the other hand, DXCC submissions via LoTW are super-fast. Submitted
my "annual" update last evening at 8:40 and had all accredited at 9:49.
So some parts are working well....
