The DX4WIN country file, DX4WIN.CTY Release #118 is now available from:

You can read the release notes at:

You can (and should) use the DX4WIN Data Updater to update the file:

     http://dx4win.ad1c.us/updater/

This should resolve all the VP2 prefix errors that I created the last 
time.  I also found/fixed some old KV4 callsigns.  If you still find 
errors, please let me know ASAP.
