[Dx4win] Rig Control

[W9RPM]

Hey, I have my 3000 running under DX4WIN with the FT950 settings. Not 
the best though. Kind of sluggish, and sometimes Times out. If anyone 
has it running smoothly, I would be interested in hearing from you.
