[Dx4win] RDA contest and "Convert ADIF to DX4WIN"

Hi Teijo,
You can easily add the missing districts by open the awd file in the
save-directory with a text editor, e.g. Notpad. Search "City of Moscow
(MA)" and after MA-10 add the other two in the same way as the other
RDs are written.
