[Dx4win] strange behavior

I'm sorry to hear about this.  It sounds like your configuration file
was corrupted.  The program started a new, clean one for you.  This
can sometimes happen if you try to start two instances of DX4WIN at
the same time.

The only way to recover is if you have saved your preferences to a
.INI file (in your Preferences, File | Write INI file).  If you have
one, open your preferences, then File | Merge from INI file.  If you
do not have  a INI file, then you will have to enter all your
preferences again.  This time, write a INI file in case the problem
happens again.
