[Dx4win] RTTY Control Character functions

After some 'fiddling' I have DX4Win running RTTY using MMTTY.  My 
problem is with editing the Macro buttons and Function Keys to send the 
desired messages.  The DX4Win On-Line Help explains how to edit the 
Function Keys.  One command option is "% + a capital letter" to 
implement a control character.  They give an example of "Crl + M" for 
Carriage Return and "Ctrl +C" to send a CW ID in PSK but don't say what 
other control characters are available.  I've searched through the help 
file but can't find anything that describes the other 24 "control 
character" functions.  Can someone point me to a list?
