[Dx4win] Please help with this problem if you can!!!!

For some time, I have noticed that my cluster  configuration (CC USER 
and DX4WIN 8.05) only lists some--not all--spots. I chose "minutes ago" 
rather than absolute times, and I don't know if that is a factor.

When I have had a populated spot screen for some time and do a sh/dx in 
the packet window, it seems that previously missing spots are always 
added. I have taken to not depending upon the cluster for info.
