[Dx4win] DX4WIN 8.05 no longer starts

Guy,

I had the same .cty file (22Jul2012) in my download directory. I 
replaced the damaged file in the DX4WIN/Save directory, as you 
instructed and sure enough DX4WIN opened normally. REPORTS seems to 
confirm that all is OK.
