[Dx4win] whats going on with .cty file trying to unzip?

The DX4WIN Data Updater takes care of the unzipping automatically.

The direct download of the DX4WIN.CTY file is:

The file puts a lot less stress on the download site when it's
downloaded as a compressed .ZIP file.
