[Dx4win] ADIF to DX4WIN log conversion version 5.23 released

I have released version 5.23 of ADIF to DX4WIN, you can download it from here:

This release fixes one bug, here are the release notes:

Ver 5.23 - 10 April 2012
    Program could crash if no received data was logged for contests
that set the DX4WIN Custom Award field
