to all who responded with my inquiry to setting up my 
FT2000 and my new MicrohamIII

Thanks to Joe, who steered me on the one true path ;)

With the DX4WIN upgrade, everything works great, just 
need to play with the extensive filtering the 2000 has to 
get it listen a tad better (rtty seems a bit 
muted/muffled/not as loud as it should be)
