I actually received a one hour turnaround today!  I submitted my Lotw-only
application just before noon and it was processed by the time I got back
from lunch!

People who are getting the 1-day turn-around are submitting LoTW-only
applications.  It's not much more than a button press at ARRL HQ I
imagine, because the QSOs are already "vetted".
