Bernie,

The latest versions of DX4Win work fine on Windows 7.   You have to install
DX4WIN with administrator privileges (right click on the file, run as
administrator) or you need to install it at the C:\ level, not in Program
Files.

But I sincerely suggest upgrading to version 8 which has notes in it about
using DX4Win on Windows 7.  Then your CW and Help will work fine.  There are
also many new features in the latest version.

So now I load my 5.3 version into Win 7, and I have no cw driver, or help
file!
Is this because I have no lpt port, (and serial, cause packet fails also) or
am I missing that funny file for cw?

The help feature I believe I have to work around with download patch from
Microsoft, then change micros, for explorer to work normal.

Anyone experience these problems and  can recommend fix?
