so good, he mentioned it twice!

It's way more than you ever wanted to know about addressing
international postal mail.

I'm in the process of making the QSL manager addresses match the
document, at least where I can (mostly via programming).  Remember, a
manager's address will be included in the country file if that person
manages at least two (2) DX callsigns.

This change will show up in the next country file release.
