[Dx4win] Trouble moving from Submitted to Checked

I am trying to update the award flags from Submitted to Checked.
First step was to use DX4WLOTW to see that all was in order. All OK, no mismatches.
Second step was to go to Reports->Award Flags-> and enter Submitted ---> checked for each of the mixed/band/mode settings.

I have done all this but the "Flags Changed" field remains at 0 and the summary remains with the QSLs in Submitted not Checked.

What am I doing wrong? I'm running 8.04.
