[Dx4win] grayed out spot

In 2010 I worked 9M2AX on 160m and  I asked Ross to bring my QSL to
Dayton. Upon meeting him, he apologized and said that he only copied
N1R of my call.

When I got home, I modified that QSO to have "I" under the 3 choices
in the QSO window for DXCC. This removed 9M2 from my worked
country credits.

Recently, Ross was spotted on 160 but the spot was grayed out! If
I completely delete the contact the spot shows up normally.  I've gone
through every selection I can think of to no avail. Help!
