[Dx4win] LOTW Upload Problem? - Clarification

Gentlemen (and ladies),

It is MY QSO that does not appear even though I've uploaded it twice.  I'm not looking for the QSL from ST0R (yet) but I am looking for MY QSO in LOTW and it's not there.

OK, I'm not sure if this is a DX4WIN problem or a LOTW problem.  I have uploaded my ST0R QSO TWICE and it does not show in my LOTW log.  I checked the ADIF file and it is there.

Any suggestions as to what might be going on with this?
