[Dx4win] Name and QTH not in log?

Because that functionality isn't in DX4WIN.  If you have the Radio
Amateur Callbook ("Flying Horse"), you can get the grid, name and
county by clicking the Update QSO box in the F3 window, but nothing
else (not QTH etc).  With the other callbook databases, even less.
