[Dx4win] Argh! Stop the instanity

Fix it at the DXcluster where you are connected.
Pass DX only or Reject K (USA).

I only pass DX by rejecting K.

I also only pass the Western States posts.
If I want to know what the Midwest and the
East is hearing I will take a look at DXSummit...

V8.03, I don't want to see all these US spots (ARRL SSB sweepstakes).  I
have them categorized/colored as "nothing special" (level 7) but the spots
still fill my window.  How to I stop those spots from displaying?
