[Dx4win] Website callsign lookup not working in v8.03

I thought there was a thread about this recently, but I can't find it.

*	V8.03
*	Enabled box is checked
*	Callsign loopup address = http://www.qrz.com/db/
*	Behavior observed: when I am in the QSO window, I type in a callsign
and hit the F3 key.   The Callsign/Manager popup window appears, but it is
empty except for the CALLSIGN field which matches the QSO window.
