[Dx4win] Calendar filled with duplicates

It's possible that a newer 425 DX calendar made slight changes to
events, which cause them to be duplicated.  Also make sure to import
the calendar in "DD/MM/YYYY" format and not the MM/DD format!

If you want to get rid of all events, exit DX4WIN complete, then
delete the DX4WIN.CAL file from your SAVE directory.  When you restart
DX4WIN, the calendar will be empty.
