[Dx4win] Delete Old Spots

For spots timeouts, that seems to set the time value for a manual delete, 
but does not auto-delete spots that exceed the value.  Anyway, I did not 
know that setting was there.  Thanks for telling me about it.

Packet 1:
Windows for both: Band Map and Spot timeouts.

Just enter the time desired in minutes.....
