I've been working on DX4WIN.CTY #96 and have put release notes on the web:

There may be more changes, I've been catching up from a big backlog.
I know the RP66 QSL managers need cleaning up.

I hope to release the files June 1 or shortly thereafter.  Please tell
me about any additions or corrections before then.
