[Dx4win] DX4WIN Data Updater v. 3.1 released

I believe many of us wish to thank you Jim for the many hours of work you contribute, not only to Dx4Win, but to many so many aspects of our hobby. Data updater is a significant improvement for DX4Win which sometimes needs a prod to keep up with the newcomers. You always seem to have the time to help us collectively or individually. You must have a degree in time management from MIT
