There was a bad link on the web page, you may have downloaded the
previous (test) version by mistake.  When you run the correct version
of the updater, the banner should say:

    DX4WIN Data Updater - Version 3.0.1
    Jim Reisert, AD1C - 02 May 2011 14:14:43

The changes between the last test version and the release version
(3.0.1) all had to do with the configuration file.

Sorry about the mix-up.  I was trying to do too much at once.

By the way, the UPDATER web page is now properly integrated into the
DX4WIN web page structure.
