[Dx4win] Skins

I updated from ver 8.04 to 8.05 a little while back. After using Jim's
Excellent ADIF to DX4WIN conversion pgm to import my N1MM WPX SSB log I
started doing a little experimentation. I changed some fonts to the same as
Jim uses which I do like better. But I was disappointed that 8.05 still has
the same problem with skins. If you use any other skin selection other than
the default the pgm does not remember the position where the windows were
last set. In other words every time you reopen DX4WIN you must drag the
windows back to where they should be. With the default skin setting you set
up your window positions once and they reopen the same way each time.

 

I wonder if anyone has been able to work around this by using different
fonts, window size, etc? Someone suggested my screen resolution. I am using
WIN 7 at 1280 X 1024 which is the recommend setting.
