[Dx4win] Printing on QSL cards

Hello 

I am trying to print cards directly . ( with HP-2100 ).  When trying to
setup the custom paper size to 140mm x 90mm I get note of " Not able to set
custom Paper Size ".  Printer is capable to print to this size of cards..

Printing on label sheets has been working ok.

Any ideas ?  Using V8.04
