[Dx4win] TQSL 1.13 is latest version?

Hi Folks,

I thought I read somewhere that there was a newer version than 1.13 of
TQSL for Logbook of the World.  I can only find 1.13 on the ARRL web
site.  Did anyone else hear this? I even checked Sourceforge:

    http://sourceforge.net/projects/trustedqsl/

And I see nothing beyond 1.13 there either.
