I've have been working on DX4WIN.CTY #97 and have put release notes on the web:

There may be some more QSL manager changes, I'm a a little bit behind.

I hope to publish the new file sometime in the next week, if not this
Friday (July 2 UTC), it may be a few days later.  Please tell me about
any additions or corrections before then.
