Auto-update in this context means the callbook lookup follows the QSO
window.  If you enter a new call or go to one previously logged, the
F3 window will update (change) with the callsign.

There is no way to get the RAC data auto-copied into the log.  While
some may want it to work this way, I'd never do it.  For example,
counties and grids can be wrong in many cases.
