[Dx4win] Callsign Alert and IOTA alert in DX4win

I have not found an easy way also. But an easy way to delete the mas2 file
is to use AD1C's updater. If you run the program with the parameter -mas2,
will update the file immediately.
I think that it will work as following.
Make a second shortcut of updater in desktop. On this with right click
add -mas2
This will update mas2 file with a clean file.
After that repeat the procedure without the callsigns.

PS By the way this was a problem for me also as i worked easily the MS0INT
for a new iota, but i had an alert all days after...
