[Dx4win] LoTW VUCC may not agree with your own log - here's why!

Even though I have not submitted a VUCC application yet, I'll need to
write a new program to make sure my VUCC credits match my log book.
Remember this program?

Yes, VUCC will need a similar program. Think of it as being on the
list, but no time frame yet.
