[Dx4win] 2011 Radio Amateur Call book & DX4WIN

I have downloaded the call book to my hard drive and updated the Ext Data to
reflect the RAC .
No problem there , but when I try to add the info to the qso window it will
not copy to the QSO Window.
It seems to work ok for Stateside stations, but not DX. The DX info pops up
in the window , but when I click on the "Update QSO, nothing happens.
What am I doing wrong. Thanks in advance
