[Dx4win] DX4WIN data updates coming this weekend

Sorry for the delay folks.  I'm working on updates to the country
file, award database and eQSL/LoTW users list. I've also added a new
feature to the DX4WIN Data Updater (more on this when it's released).
I have been really busy this week, mostly catching up from being
out-of-town the previous week, not to mention the NHL and NBA finals.
Weeds are, and continue to be, my nemesis.

I will push out the updates Friday night local time (Saturday a.m.
GMT).  Watch the reflector for a couple of announcements.
