[Dx4win] Lost Stay-Alive--resolved

Proper operation of CC User with DX4WIN has been restored.
The problems, of course, originated with me. After installing and
running dx4wupd.exe and re-opening dx4win, I attempted to telnet to
ve7cc, as is my custom. Crucially, I failed to notice local>ccuser
localhost:7300 in the new list of telnet nodes --it was no longer at the
top of the list-- and selected ve7cc-1 instead. I then apparently logged
in with the former while still connected to the latter; the presumption
is that the double log-in was a key factor and that Lee, VE7CC must have
re-set me sometime during last night or one process timed out, as this
morning the desired functionality had returned.
The login now takes me directly to the command line and, following a
single SH/DX, keeps me reliably updated.
Thanks once again to Jim, AD1C and also to Lee, VE7CC and Kostas, SV1DPI
for their assistance.
