In the spots window (not the packet window), right-click and there should be a list of commands. The very last one is Band Map.

menu there and I've clicked and double-clicked and right and left
clicked on every part of that window.  No dropdown menu appears.
 
Obviously, I'm overlooking something that is probably staring me
right in the face.
