Do an Award submission for your 6M VUCC award.  This will set the
award flags to Submitted.  Then you can use the Award Flags option
(v8) to change the Submitted status to Checked (*).  Finally, manually
clear the award flags for any unsubmitted QSLs (it sounds like you may
not have any, but you are waiting for seven QSLs).

Note that DX4WIN will pick the MOST RECENTLY confirmed QSO to submit,
which may not match the QSO/QSL you submitted to ARRL.  If  you want
to be precise, you'll have to set the award flags manually.  Remember,
you may have FN42 confirmed 12 times, DX4WIN has no idea which of
these QSLs you submitted for credit, and there is no download path
from ARRL into DX4WIN to set award flags for ANY award.
