[Dx4win] Membership list, LOTW

[W9RPM]

I have downloaded the LOTW membership list from HB9BZA, and have put it 
in 805. When I add it to the Spot window, it ignores 860. Never had this 
happen before. Works fine in 804. I must be doing something wrong here.
