[Dx4win] No luck at all in downloading new countries' file

I did not mean that ZIP files are less likely to be corrupted.  I
meant to say that if ZIP files are corrupted, you can tell, because
the act of unzipping the file, or extracting files from one, will
report an error.  If the DX4WIN.CTY file is corrupt, the only way
you'll find out if there is an error is (in the best case) DX4WIN will
crash, or in the worst case, there will be some subtle problem that no
one can diagnose.
