[Dx4win] Kenwood TS590 and DX4WIN

At least ft1000 series needs a straight cable. To be more exactly only pins
2-2 3-3 and 5-5are needed. I believe the problem has to do with win-7. Did
you installed dx4win as administrator and outside programs files? Or lpt
driver installation is needed? Also right click over dx4win icon and under
properties choose this program run always as administrator.
