[Dx4win] Add an island name

 This had me puzzled to but after doing some reading I think Diego Ramirez
is the name for an island group the actual island they were on for SA097 was
Gonzalo.  I'd be interested if others agree.

CE9/VE3LYC was recently active from SA097, but the island name (Diego
Ramirez) is not listed in the island names drop box that appears next to the
IOTA reference box.
Is there a way to edit that list and easily add this island name ?
