You need to be more specific.  Is this CW from a COM port, CW from an
LPT port, or CW from a WinKey-like device?

If it's CW from an LPT port, there is a driver you must install.  You
were told of this when you installed the program.  Run "lptdriver.exe"
in the DX4W### directory.  You may need to run that program as
Administrator.
