There are two stations currently operating from a Chilean IOTA (SA-031):
CE9/VE3LYC
CE3/PA3EXX
DX4WIN thinks these two are both South Shetland, but they are very
close to Chile and count for Chile DXCC entity. I will fix this in the
next country file release.
