[Dx4win] long lines in message

I just read a recent posting of mine in the archives dated today.  It goes 
across the page and you have to use the "horizontal elevator button" to go 
to the right to view all of it.  What am I doing wrong so I can correct it 
so it appears condensed like the other messages from other people?  I am 
using windows live mail.
