[Dx4win] CW cut off frequency

Like I said in a previous post, make the default mode user selectable. You 
could make it cw or ssb to suit your needs if you don’t want a digital mode 
for those bands. Or shift the 2nd cutoff frequency to be the same as the 
first to eliminate the "digital" sub band.

I realize that Jay... but what about 40M... where is the "digital
cutoff" 7035? 7070?  On 160 digital is below CW. And for those not in
the USA a spot on the low end of 40 could be just about anything. Even
for digital modes some modern radios need to select different modes for
RTTY, PSK and other digital modes. I suppose an additional cutoff might
help on 20M but I'm suggesting that if we are ever going to fix this
properly we need to campaign for changes to DXCluster standards.
