[Dx4win] Radio drivers for IC-7600 and IC-7700

Then it is probably safe to say the 7700 driver is not working properly.
There is no difference in functionality compared to the old driver.
Was it tested? Guy sent me a file at one point and I told him it wasn't 
working. I also downloaded the latest one from Jim's site, it doesn't 
work either.

Who tested it successful? Anyone?
